CNC HD PLASMA CUTTERS
ADMO Engineering has 4 x CNC HD Plasma cutting machines.
The CNC plasma cutting systems typically use the operator’s personal computer to create the shapes to be cut and control the cutting machine. The different nesting’s are done by our Draughtsman and each operator makes sure that each cut is to perfection of ADMO Engineering’s standards.
Each CNC HD Plasma Cutter has a bed size of 6 meter in length and 3 meter in width, and can cut plates from 0.5mm to 30mm plates in stainless steel, mild steel and other alloys.

Profile – outline of shape to be cut. The profile cutter then cuts the shape from a standard-sized sheet. The cutting head may use a rotating cutter like a torch which burns oxy-acetylene or other Oxy-gas.
