Founded in 1988 and proudly based in Brakpan, Johannesburg, ADMO is a family-owned engineering firm established by Mr. Piet and Dot Fourie. From humble beginnings in a small workshop, the company has grown into a business with a staff complement of 230 employees.
Over the past 36 years, ADMO has built and maintained long-standing partnerships grounded in trust, quality, and reliability.

Leadership Transition
A change in management and ownership took effect from December 2024 by Martin H Lewis and subsequently concluded an empowerment deal with Tremyne Naidoo.
Strategic Restructuring
ADMO has restructured into distinct and independent entities for improved focus and management control, namely machining, future parts, and projects.
Quality Commitment
In February 2025, ADMO became ISO 3834 certified for welding compliance, underscoring our dedication to world-class fabrication standards.
Continuous Improvement
During the 2023/2024 financial year, ADMO Management has conducted numerous studies to improve overall business efficiencies that are currently being implemented, including a bespoke ERP system, outsourced cutting, and workshop redesign.
